Panthers can be beaten but teams must fight fire with fire: Cameron Smith

Legendary hooker Cameron Smith says the Penrith Panthers are there to be beaten in the finals but opposition must copy the blueprint of Parramatta who shocked the Panthers last Thursday.

Speaking on SEN, Smith said teams needed to fight fire with fire.

“The biggest thing I noticed from that game was they didn’t go out onto the field Parramatta and wait for Penrith to fire a shot, or see how they were going to play,” Smith said.

“They actually attacked Penrith straight away both with the ball and without it.”

The Panthers host North Queensland this Saturday.
