We all love The Simpsons and grew up watching the record-breaking series. So with a little bit of time on our hands, we went through the show and picked out which character best suits your club:

Brisbane Broncos: Mr. Burns
Rich, powerful and a villain to the rest of the NRL.

St George Illawarra Dragons: Milhouse
Has serious insecurity issues and gullible to those around them.

Newcastle Knights: Ol’ Gil
Ol’ Gil just can’t take a trick and simply can’t win – sound familiar?

Sydney Roosters: Disco Stu
The Roosters were cool once but that was a long time ago!

Gold Coast Titans: Hans Moleman
We never see much of the Titans – just like Moleman. But when we do, we’re generally laughing!

Manly Sea Eagles: Nelson
Impossible to like and a bit of a bully.

Penrith Panthers: Lisa
Nobody really hates her but nobody really likes her either.

Parramatta Eels: Abe Simpson
“Back in my day” this, “in the old days” that!

Canterbury Bulldogs: Marge
Not much to say about Marge or the Bulldogs. They’re just there.. meh!

New Zealand Warriors: Maggie
Rarely seen or heard. Makes the odd appearance but it never lasts long.

Melbourne Storm: Ned Flanders
So perfect it’s annoying but on the odd occasion he can just lose it (niggle much? Melbourne?)

Wests Tigers: Krusty
Entertaining to watch but there’s definitely a dark side!

Cronulla Sharks: Homer
Can be loud and obnoxious at times but at the end of the day – they’re the star of the show.

Canberra Raiders: Bart
Young, brash and not scared to get their hands dirty.

North Queensland Cowboys: Reverend Lovejoy
Any team with a guaranteed Immortal in their team has to be the Reverend…Can I get an amen?

South Sydney Rabbitohs: Sea Captain
Yarrr I was once a great captain, sailing the high seas… Now I don’t know what I’m doin’ yarrr!
