You’ll go blind: Jarryd Hayne teaches schoolkids what not to do with your phone

Superstar Jarryd Hayne has been left red-faced in front of hundreds of school kids at Robina High School on the Gold Coast whilst speaking on behalf of sponsor Norton Security.

Hayne’s browsing history was being shown to the students when a number of pornographic images appeared much to the shock of Hayne.

But Norton Security denied the images had come from Hayne’s online history but rather that of another device  which had entered the network.

“It was (awkward),” a bemused Hayne said.

“I shut my phone straight away so that way I was logged off.

“Wow.”

Norton employee Nick Savvides, who was also in attendance, came up with this: “It’s unfortunate and all I can say (is) it definitely was not Jarryd’s device,” Savvides said.

“Connecting to open networks, people can see what you’re doing and in this case, inject unwanted materials.”

Savvides confirmed this had not happened before and could not track down where the images came from.
