New South Wales Blues and Penrith skipper Isaah Yeo has confirmed he reached out to club teammate Brian To’o after the great winger was dropped by NSW Blues coach Laurie Daley for the Game III decider at Suncorp Stadium.
To’o has been replaced by Origin rookie Jack Bostock.
“I flicked him a message last night when I found out,” Yeo said.
“Obviously, I am gutted for him and just said I am sorry about the decision.
“I certainly don’t think he is finished in this arena.
“Obviously, Loz has gone this way for this game, but I have no doubt he’ll be back.
“But then on the flipside, I am super happy for Jack Bostock.”
