Australian coach Mal Meninga says the players selected for the Four Nations tour support selector’s hard-line stance against Andrew Fifita and Semi Radradra.

“I support it,” Meninga said.

“I believe in all honesty the Kangaroos jersey should be held in high esteem and all the players should be great role models on and off the field.

“I spoke with the players about it in Newcastle (before the mid-season Test) and they are of the same view.”

The Kangaroos play New Zealand next week in Perth before the Four Nations begin in the United Kingdom.
