Kangaroos coach Mal Meninga is set to announce his Four Nations squad to tour the United Kingdom.
The team will also play New Zealand at nib Stadium in Perth before heading for England.
Telegraph journalist David Riccio is reporting on Twitter that Valentine Holmes will make the team.
Whispers get stronger Andrew Fifita won’t make the team.
NRL CEO Todd Greenberg confirms Fifita not considered. Neither was Parramatta winger Semi Radradra.
“I agree with the decision. The Kangaroos jersey should be held at the highest standards. We should draw a line in the sand over player behaviour,” Meninga said of leaving out both Fifita and Radradra.
Both Paul Gallen and Corey Parker have been overlooked.
