Legendary Australian dummy half Cameron Smith has all but ruled out another World Cup with the ageing rake laughing off questions about being in the Kangaroo jumper at the 2021 World Cup.

“I think so [last World Cup]. I will be getting on a little bit,” he laughed.

“More than likely this may be my last one.”

Smith also said that the Australian side would be trying to make amends for the last World Cup to be played on home soil where the Kangaroos lost the Cup to the Kiwis.

“The last time we had a World Cup final wasn’t so great,” Smith said.

“So hopefully we get a chance to come back and make amends.”
