New South Wales captain Paul Gallen has spoken to his Blues teammates about 2016 being his last series.

Maloney joked with Triple M on Sunday that Gallen had asked the Blues to “do it for me” but Maloney quickly turned the attention back to the game itself.

“It all comes to an end at some stage for one of us,” Maloney said.

“Gal sort of let it be known it will be his last.

“But Origin is too big to be about one person.”
