Former Wests Tigers five-eigth Braith Anasta says coach Ivan Cleary has little choice but to play star recruit Josh Reynolds off the bench in his return such is the form of veteran Benji Marshall and Luke Brooks.
Marshall and Brooks starred again on Monday as Wests Tigers thrashed rivals Parramatta.
“Does he come off the bench and play hooker? That’s the only option,” Anasta said on Fox Sports.
“You can’t (drop Benji), you just can’t.
“You can’t interrupt the halves pairing at the moment.
“We speak about the other halves pairings and how Gareth Widdop and Ben Hunt are on fire, these guys aren’t much different.”
