Matt Moylan could make shock return for Panthers against Brisbane

Stood down Penrith Panthers skipper Matt Moylan could make a shock return for the club this weekend in their sudden death semi against the Brisbane Broncos.

Moylan didn’t play against Manly on Saturday due to personal issues after being given leave by General Manager Phil Gould.

“I think he was really keen to play against Manly,” prop James Tamou said.

“But we want him at 100 per cent. We don’t want him coming back on one leg, we want everything right.

“And if he is available, there’s no doubt in my mind everyone would love to have him in the team. He’s a special talent and would be a special inclusion for us.

“He will only make us better.”
