Former Australian and New South Wales forward Ryan Hoffman will become just the 27th player to bring up 300 first grade games when the New Zealand Warriors battle the Gold Coast tomorrow.

A veteran who played the majority of his games at the Melbourne Storm – Hoffman joins Warriors legends Steve Price and Ruben Wiki as players to bring up 300 games at the Auckland-based club.

“It is something that I am very proud of,” the Campbelltown junior said.

“Obviously you don’t set out to play this many games – I just wanted to play as many as I could. To get to 300 is something that I am really proud of and hold really close to my heart but the over-riding factor of this weekend is about us getting two competition points.

“I appreciate all the stuff the club is doing but I know as a playing group we are really focused on getting the job done against the Titans.”

The Warriors and Titans play at CBUS Super Stadium at 3pm tomorrow.
