Daly Cherry-Evans to finish NRL career at end of season

2026 will be champion halfback Daly Cherry-Evans final season in the NRL with the 37-year-old to finish his career with Hull FC in the Super League.

Cherry-Evans debuted in 2011, immediately winning a premiership with Manly-Warringah alongside Kieran Foran.

The veteran playmaker then shocked the rugby league world by defecting to the Sydney Roosters at the end of 2025.

Cherry-Evans turned back the clock on Thursday night with a masterclass to help the Roosters sink Penrith to take top spot on the ladder.
