The Penrith Panthers will wear a 1967 heritage jersey and have re-named BlueBet Stadium back to Penrith Park for their last ever premiership match at the ground before it is redeveloped.

A possible qualifying final at the venue the following week would not qualify as a Panthers home game.

“BlueBet appreciates the history synonymous with BlueBet Stadium since the team’s inception into the NSWRL in 1967,” BlueBet CEO Bill Richmond said.

“We’re proud to give fans another opportunity to create lifelong memories at Penrith Park one more time.”

The round 27 clash against the Gold Coast kick’s off at 7.35pm on Saturday September 7.
