Rugby league and boxing journalist and host of NRL360 on Fox Sports Paul Kent has denied in court that he assaulted a 33-year-old woman at his Lilyfield home.

Kent was arrested and charged with two offences of domestic violence after an incident on the weekend.

The woman was also arrested at the time but later released.

Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday granted Kent, 53, bail and is set to reappear in court on June 28.
