Ricky Stuart has shot down suggestions Canberra were looking passed Canterbury and ahead to this week’s blockbuster showdown against the Sydney Roosters.

The Raiders got home on Sunday night against the lowly Bulldogs 34-20 on the back of a dominant second half from star five-eight Jack Wighton.

“We haven’t even spoken about the Roosters game and it’s just another game of football that we have to try to turn up and win but we haven’t focused on that and I get embarrassed by getting asked that question,” Stuart told press post-match.

Canberra will be looking to defeat the Roosters for a second time this season after the two side’s clashed in a controversial 2019 grand final.
