Legendary Storm coach Craig Bellamy admits retirement might be around the corner when contract expires

Melbourne Storm boss Craig Bellamy has given the best sign yet that he may retire when his current deal with the club as head coach comes up in two years time.

Speaking on Sky Sports Radio, Bellamy admitted there were other things in rugby league he’d like to try.

“I’ve said it a few times before but I’ve got another two years to go on this contract here so … again, I probably shouldn’t say that, because that might change.

“I’ve been doing it for a fair while now and there’s probably a couple of other things I’m thinking I might like doing in a couple of years’ time.

“We’ll see what happens, but I’m thinking that will be basically the end of my career as a head coach, anyway.”
