Journeyman halfback Jack Cogger is returning to the Penrith Panthers in 2026.
The81stminute.com understands the deal is done with the Newcastle Herald recently reporting the Knights would not be offering the 28-year-old a new contract.
Cogger is no stranger to the champion Panthers where he was part of the 2023 premiership team that defeated the Brisbane Broncos.
His return will shock few in the rugby league community with it being confirmed Brad Schneider was headed to the Dolphins from the Panthers next season.
