Lachlan Galvin confirms future after a text message to head coach Benji Marshall

Boom Wests Tigers rookie Lachlan Galvin has reaffirmed his commitment to the battling club after weeks of speculation that Galvin wanted to quit the joint-venture despite being under contract until the end of 2026.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, Galvin texted head coach Benji Marshall on Thursday.

It came after a “positive” meeting between Wests Tigers CEO Shane Richardson and Galvin’s family in Sydney’s South West.

The Campbelltown junior is being rested this week against the Gold Coast due to a hand injury.

“Feels like a seismic abuse of power and how certain clubs are dictated to”: Lachlan Galvin needs to bite down hard, man up and get on with 2024
