Manly Sea Eagles prop Toff Sipley has accepted a three match ban for his crusher tackle on Sydney Roosters recruit Dominic Young which will now see both players miss a trip for round 1 in Last Vegas.

Sipley was facing a month on the sidelines but has decided to take the plea deal.

“I thought it was accidental and didn’t look good,” Roosters coach Trent Robinson said after the incident which saw the Roosters run away 36-22 winners.

“There was a lot of force at that point.”

Young, the English recruit from the Knights, has since taken to Instagram confirming he is okay.
