Former teammate and Melbourne Storm tyro Tino Fa’asuamaleaui says his Gold Coast Titans won’t be taking it easy on Ryan Papenhuyzen if he returns to the NRL this weekend.

The Storm host the Titans this Saturday at AAMI Park with the Gold Coast out of finals contention.

“They’re a very good side [Melbourne] and the top four side and obviously, coming from there, you always want to show what they missed out on, I guess,” Fa’asuamaleaui told NRL.com.

“I’m just going to go out there and play footy and do the best that we can as a team and finish this year strong and have a bit of pride in this jersey.

“It’s going to be exciting; it always is and there’s always a few niggles but, you know, that’s footy and I love it.”
