The mother of Brisbane Broncos star Payne Haas has been charged with manslaughter after a three-death fatality on the roads of Queensland on December 3.

QLD Police confirmed on Monday that Uiatu Taufua had been charged with three counts of manslaughter, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, evading police and driving without a licence.

According to reports, Ms Taufua was driving on the opposite of the road when the head-on collision took place which killed three people.

“Coomera detectives have charged a 46-year-old Bonogin woman with three counts of manslaughter following a fatal traffic crash at Bonogin.”
