Rugby league icon Phil Gould has lashed the reaction to a video that went viral on social media between Brisbane Broncos teammates Payne Haas and Albert Kelly who appear to be involved in a minor altercation.

Gould didn’t miss on Channel Nine’s 100% Footy.

“I have no interest in it whatsoever,” Gould began.

“I don’t know why people film these things and circulate these things. There are no complaints, no one’s been injured – my god, a little push and shove between two mates. How many times have we seen this over the years? I can’t believe it, I can’t believe we’re interested in this.

“I know it gets the media excited because they want the reality behind the faces, but this is a nothing incident, absolutely nothing.”

NSW Police and the NRL Integrity Unit are investigating the incident.
