Former Newtown Jets cult hero Manfred Moore passed away in January aged 69.

Moore, from California, also played NFL for San Francisco, Tampa Bay, Oakland and Minnesota. Moore won a Super Bowl while at the Oakland Raiders.

He is the only man in history with a first grade try and an NFL touchdown.
