We can’t let giant Bulldogs pack get in our heads: Alex Glenn

Brisbane Broncos forward Alex Glenn concedes the Canterbury Bulldogs have a giant forward pack and that the Broncos will need to be ready mentally for a brutal onslaught in the middle as they prepare for a Thursday night showdown at Suncorp Stadium.

Just last year the teams came together after an incident where Bulldogs behemoth lashed out with his boot hitting Corey Parker flush in the face. It sparked a vicious passage of play. Parker is now happily retired.

“They are a big pack and mentally can get in your head if you let them,” Glenn said.

“So it’s about playing your role for the team and not letting anything inside of that.”

The Broncos will start heavy favourites against a battling Bulldogs team void of any offensive threat.
