Canberra Raiders’ tilt at their first premiership since 1994 has hit a speed bump with star five-eight Blake Austin suffering a hand injury at training on Wednesday.
The playmaker could be out for the season with Sam Williams to come into the team.
“It was a very simple accident and very unfortunate for Blake,” coach Ricky Stuart said.
“Sam Williams will come into the team now and we know he’ll do a great job for us.”
