Star Melbourne prop Jesse Bromwich has praised fellow bookend Jordan McLean after returning from an ankle injury last weekend against Brisbane.
Likened to a young Paul Harragon, McLean will be vital in the minor premiership battle with Cronulla with Nelson Asofa-Solamona to miss a week due to suspension.
“He was very strong out there and did some good things for us,” Bromwich said.
“He’s got a good opportunity to build some momentum going into the finals and we come up against a big team this week and Macca could do a big job for us.”
