South Sydney enforcer Nathan Brown has come under plenty of criticism recently with some labeling him a “grub”. But coach Michael Maguire says while Brown walks a fine line – he is no grub.
“Nathan understands what he needs to do in his game. He’s been pushing the boundaries fairly closely there, but it’s definitely not him,” Maguire said.
“He’s a player who has to look at his discipline around certain areas and, if he fixes that up, he’s already providing a lot of great things for us, and he’ll only improve.”
