Paul Gallen believes Manly have missed a trick in taking their home match against Brisbane to Suncorp Stadium – the home of the Broncos.
Speaking on the Big Sports Breakfast, Gallen said while the Sea Eagles will make plenty of money on the move, they may not take home the two competition points.
“Brookvale Oval has been a fortress in the past and I am sure the players wouldn’t want to take any games away,” Gallen said.
“It’s interesting they have taken a Brisbane game up there.
“It will be packed with 55,000 Queenslanders.
“It will be good for the game and a great spectacle but for Manly to take a game away, fingers crossed they get the win but if they don’t, they come back with a pocket full of money I suppose.”
