The Parramatta Eels are one of the real dark horses for 2016 after one of the most impressive recruitment drives in recent history.
Kieran Foran, Michael Jennings, Beau Scott and Michael Gordon are all now in the Blue and Gold and Coach Brad Arthur says all new recruits have hit the ground running.
“All of the new guys have had different impacts,” Arthur said.
“Michael Gordon and Clinton Gutherson have really trained really well in terms of the physical side of things and conditioning.
“Kieran Foran has taken a little bit of pressure off Corey Norman with helping to lead the team around to allow him to play his natural running game while Beau Scott has given us a harder edge to our forward pack.
“Obviously Michael Jennings has only just joined us so he will take a bit to get used to the style of footy that we play but we bought him to bring his own style of footy as well.”
