New Zealand has named their squad for their tour match against Leeds Rhinos which kicks off Saturday morning 6am AEST.
Superstars Roger Tuivasa-Sheck and Issac Luke have been named in the starting team with a squad of 20 selected.
The Kiwis have named four debutants with Jordan Kahu at centre and Tui Lolohea at half while Sio Siua Taukeiaho and Kodi Nikorima coming off the bench.
“This will be an opportunity for those two halves to build combinations with the group around them,” coach Stephen Kearney said.
“We also have guys that haven’t played since the last round of the NRL, so this is a chance for them to blow out some cobwebs.
“This will be perfect preparation for us.
“Leeds will be honouring some pretty special players and they’re expecting a full house.”
Those retiring players are Jamie Peacock, Kevin Sinfield, Kylie Leuluai and the returning Adrian Morley who will play for the Rhinos for the first time since 2001.
“We’re very aware of the history of this match, with the 1907 All Golds playing Leeds in their build-up to a test series, so for me, this is an historic occasion in that sense too.”
