Parramatta Want to Play Their Game Against Tigers

Parramatta veteran David Gower wants the Eels to play their own brand of footy against the Wests Tigers who defeated the blue and gold earlier this year at the same venue.

“Last time we were guilty of playing their game, this week we’re pretty keen to go out there and play the way we want to play and do the things we know work for us,” Gower told nrl.com.

“If we play like we know we can play we’re confident we can be competitive against anyone.

That’s a big focus for us but maintaining our intensity in defence for 80 minutes, we’re very confident in the attack we’ve got.

“We’re just looking forward to ripping in, playing for each other, playing for our fans and our coaching staff and just having a crack.”
