Latrell Mitchell has agreed to a new deal at South Sydney which will keep him at Redfern until the end of 2023 according to The Sydney Morning Herald.

The contact is reportedly worth almost $900,000 a season.

Souths recently released young State of Origin star Corey Allen to play fullback with the club committing to Mitchell as their long-term fullback.

Meanwhile Penrith and Wests Tigers could agree to a trade which would see the Panthers pick up Paul Momirovski for Daine Laurie who has already signed with Wests Tigers for 2022.
