Former QLD State of Origin coach knighted in New Zealand

Kiwi rugby league legend Graham Lowe is now Sir Graham Lowe after being knighted for services to youth and education, with his Kick to the Seagulls program.

The 72-year-old has battled several health issues over the years but has won each battle.

He is a fomer CEO and coach at Manly and famously became the first Kiwi to coach the Maroons. He is also the co-owner of the Bradford Bulls.
