Daily Telegraph forced to apoligise to young Bulldogs halfback Lachlan Lewis

The Daily Telegraph has been been forced to apoligise to young Canterbury half Lachlan Lewis after wrongfully naming him as part of their report into the club’s Mad Monday celebrations last year.

“The article originally reported that Bulldogs halfback Lachlan Lewis attended that function and was seen being handed into an Uber by teammates shortly after 7pm.

“In fact, as dailytelegraph.com.au reported on 5/9/2018, the article was incorrect as Mr Lewis did not attend the function at all.

“Dailytelegraph.com.au apoligises to Mr Lewis and his family for any embarrassment publication of the article caused.”
