A fan-created petition on change.org, currently with almost 2000 verified signatures, is calling for player agent Isaac Moses to be banned from the game again.
Moses has been deregistered twice previously and is regarded as the most powerful agent in the game.
“We are calling on NRL governing bodies to ban Isaac Moses from his role of player manager once and for all,” the petition reads.
“Doing this will be a step towards restoring the dignified reputation of our beloved sport. Thorough investigation and stringent regulations need to be introduced to stop individuals from abusing their positions.
“Limiting the power of player managers is not just about one person, it’s about preserving the integrity of a sport loved by many across the nation and worldwide.”
