There is much more to the Penrith Panthers machine and their historic three-straight premierships according to club skipper Isaah Yeo.
The Panthers, if they were to defeat the Melbourne Storm in this Sunday’s grand final, will have clinched their fourth-straight title in their fifth-straight grand final appearance.
Their first appearance in the run was ironically against the Storm at Homebush back in 2020.
“There’s not just pride within the playing group but pride within the club, the pathways we’ve got, whether it’s recruitment or pathways,” Yeo said.
“The club’s done a wonderful job to be able to give us an opportunity to have a squad that can compete.
“Then off the back of that, the players who are still here and have stayed, they’ve really grown as leaders of the club.”
Penrith will farewell several stars including Jarome Luai, James Fisher-Harris and Semi Turuva.
Meanwhile, Panthers members will be able to purchase a stadium seat with Penrith Park set to be upgraded.
The famous red seats have been a mainstay of the modern Panthers stadium but will be replaced when the new stadium is unveiled.
