An ongoing knee injury for Penrith Panthers superstar fullback Dylan Edwards may see him miss out on a maiden Dally M Medal.

According to The Western Weekender’s ‘Masked Panther’, Edwards could be rested from Penrith’s final round clash at home against the Gold Coast Titans.

Edwards has reportedly battled through the pain throughout an extended period of the season after injuring it during the State of Origin series.
