Icons of the 1960s, Johnny King and Billy Wilson have been inducted into the81stminute.com Hall of Fame after voting was completed on Facebook, X and via email.

King, a flashy winger from Gilgrandra and local St George junior Wilson, a rugged prop, played together for three seasons in the early 1960s before Wilson left the Big Red V to help lead the North Sydney Bears back to glory.

Other nominees from the 1960s era were Ron Lynch and Brian Hambly.
