Canterbury coach Cameron Ciraldo wants Tevita Pangai Junior up front in the middle of the field for the Bulldogs in 2023.

TPJ has been quite in recent times but believes Ciraldo’s simple instructions will get the best out of the giant forward this year.

“Front row is my position,” Pangai Junior told foxsports.com.au.

“I know that’s where Cam wants me to play and has given me a simple role — he knows what works for me.”

Pangai did not play in Canterbury’s 34-18 win over Canberra in Moruya on Sunday but should return against Cronulla this weekend at Belmore.
