WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has praised former NRL star-turned-boxer Paul Gallen ahead of Fury’s blockbuster third fight against bitter foe Deontay Wilder this weekend.
Fury revealed he watched the bout between Gallen and Aussie prodigy Justis Huni which Huni won but eventually forced him out of the Olympic Games.
“May I say, Paul Gallen’s very gutsy,” Fury told Foxtel’s Main Event.
“He’s got some balls on him. Credit to him.”
Meanwhile premiership-winning Penrith utility Tyrone May has been blastered for a post to Instagram after the grand final.
4BC’s Neil Breen was quick to cut May down.
Breen’s ten-post reply included plenty of body shots for May who escaped jail for a sex tape which was illegally shared online.
