Melbourne Storm’s first captain and premiership-winning prop Glenn Lazarus says the Penrith Panthers are up against it this Sunday against a Melbourne outfit who demolished Canberra last weekend.

Speaking on SEN, Lazarus believes the Storm will win in a narrow contest.

“I just like the way they’ve peaked,” Lazarus said.

“That game against the Raiders, now I know they (Canberra) had a poor 20 minutes and start but they (Storm) were just really clinical and looked really sharp.

“You’ve got to take in the Cameron Smith factor… he’s a big game player.”

Lazarus predicted the Storm to win by 8.
