Superstar Roger Tuivasa-Sheck will be at the Warriors in 2021 whether they are based in New Zealand or Australia according to his agent Bruce Sharrock.
Word just wouldn’t go away that RTS would switch to rugby union next year if he wasn’t allowed to return to his native land.
Tuivasa-Sheck is the only player in the Warriors squad that hasn’t had his family with him in Australia this season.
“Like many players Roger was concerned about what next year will look like,” Sharrock told NZME.
“Roger asked ‘what happens next year? But everyone has time to plan what they can do this time.”
Confirmation from Sharrock came after a meeting with Warriors CEO Cameron George.
If the Warriors were to be based in Australia again in 2021, Tuivasa-Sheck’s partner and kids would make the trip across the ditch to be with the club captain.
