The Toronto Wolfpack are just one win away from qualifying for the English Super League after recently defeating French club Toulouse Olympique.

Former Cronulla Sharks centre Ricky Leutele scored a hat-trick as the Wolfpack won 40-24 in front of a strong home crowd of 9,325 fans.

Toulouse will now play Featherstone with the winner playing the Wolfpack in Toronto on October 5.

Meanwhile, several Australians have been named as finalists for the prestigious Man of Steel Award in England for the best player in the Super League.

Blake Austin (Warrington), Jackson Hastings (Salford) and Lachlan Coote (St Helens) are in the running alongside George Williams (Wigan) and Liam Watts (Castleford).
