Young Melbourne Storm centre Curtis Scott says he is excited about going one-on-one with the legendary Greg Inglis and insists it will make him a better player.
Inglis has returned to somewhere near his best form – just in time for a showdown with his former club and rising star Scott.
“Obviously I’m looking forward to it. He’s done so much in the game and he’s such a big part of the Rabbitohs side,” Scott told NRL.com.
If I want to be the player I think I can be, then I have to verse these people. It can only make me a better player so the challenge is up to me.”
Scott believes the game tonight will be won through the middle.
“They have a pretty big side but so do we. It will be a battle through the middle and on the edges – no-one gets a break.”
