The boxing showdown between Paul Gallen and Sonny Bill Williams is still a chance according to SBW.

In an interview on Channel Nine’s 100% Footy, Williams responded directly to weeky panelist Gallen who wanted to know if the cross code superstar was still keen to go toe-to-toe.

“For sure,” Williams said.

“I respect your game, and if I do get back in the ring I’ll come knocking on your door.

“To be honest I’m trying to create a bit of space and a bit of time to get this body right so we can jump in the ring and do that dance.”

Rumours continue Williams will return to rugby league to finish his career with Sydney Roosters after the rugby union World Cup.
