Kenny Edwards has made a winning start to his time in France with Catalans defeating Huddersfield 20-6 to qualify for the Challenge Cup semi-finals.
The man sacked from three NRL clubs had a mixed afternoon coming off the bench early to replace Greg Bird. He was then upended by Giants veteran Danny Brough who was given a yellow card.
Edwards also thrilled the crowd with his customary cramp routine.

We have a feeling some in Europe will love Kenny. Others maybe not so much. It seems fans in the northern hemisphere are already expecting a mixed bag with one supporter on Twitter saying: “Kenny Edwards will do some very daft shit at some point and I’m here for that.”
