He is yet to turn 17 and not even the most famous Will Smith in Australian rugby league – but listen to this.

On Sunday, the West Coast Pirates centre will make his International rugby league debut when South Africa clash with Malta.

Smith was born in Pretoria and moved to Western Australia as a six-year-old with his parents.

The youngster has also already made his first grade debut for Rockingham in the local Perth premiership and represented Western Australia.

Meanwhile, the New South Wales men’s State of Origin team will attend North Sydney Oval on Friday night to support the women in their match against Queensland.

Kick-off is 7.30pm and tickets are just $10.
