Sydney Roosters enforcer Isaac Liu says he would jump at the chance to skipper the Tricolours if the opportunity became available.
The hard-working forward captained the Roosters in their recent trial match win against Manly and says he would love to do it again.
“After being given the chance to captain the side, definitely,” he said.
“I can see that direction for myself that I can lead the boys one day.”
He may have a a while to wait with incumbent Boyd Cordner recently re-signing with the Chooks for a further five years.
