Wests Tigers half Luke Brooks and forward Kyle Lovett have been arrested after a brawl on Sunday night outside a Balmain pub.
It is understood neither player was charged but it’s yet another horrible headline for the embattled club.
Brooks has just re-signed while Lovett was almost sacked earlier this year for being caught in possession of drugs.
“Wests Tigers have been made aware of an incident involving a player on Saturday night in Balmain,” the club said in a statement.
“Wests Tigers have been working with the NRL Integrity Unit on the matter.
“The club will be making no further comment on the issue.”
