Pick Moylan in the halves: Krilich

Former New South Wales Blues captain Max Krilich says there’s no reason to change a winning team and that Matt Moylan should be NSW five-eigth for State of Origin I.

Moylan and James Maloney were the halves in Game III last year where the Blues defeated Queensland at ANZ Stadium.

“I like the way they played that last game last year with Matt Moylan playing five-eighth, giving the ball all the time and not just him having the ball under his wing and [saying] ‘let’s see what I can do with it’,” Krilich told NRL.com.

“He was shoving it out and shoving it out and giving the outside guys all that room to move all the time. I thought he was fantastic.”

Speculation continues that Mitchell Pearce will be picked in the halves with a likely partner of former Sydney Roosters teammate James Maloney.
